I didnt liked it when it came out as a single...i thought it was ok, a better sounding song that could have been on LB or Backspacer. With due time, and in the context of the album, its one of those i really want or need to hear. And the band is so fucking tight, the structure is so fucking wild..i love it.
When I first heard this song, it absolutely demolished the positive outlook I had for the rest of the album after the excitement around Dance of the Clairvoyants. It was a violent crash back to reality.

yeah, and i appreciate more what they were doing in the song. The structure, Matt, the groove...Ed´s delivery. It took me a while to get there but once i clicked i wanted to hear this one every time.

Said it before but I’ll repeat myself: I hate this particular version of the song. But I’d love to hear a loose, ragged version of ‘95 PJ tackle this thing.

Totally. Everyone once in a while I'll skip WES but I never skip this one.

i hope this one ends up wailing dirty live rather than sounding like alarm clock speakers like sometimes the new ones do when they debut (Getaway looking in your direction)
