I love this on the album (top 5 riot act song. Possibly as high as 3), but I never thought this worked live There is a lazy magic to the studio version they never quite translated
The general abandonment of RA material is criminal
Criminal, indeed. Riot Act and Binaural are like a really smart and brilliant child, that after a while got hit on the head with a hammer. After that injury, we have the post-Riot Act albums. You can still see some of the original brilliance, but most of it has gone. A little recovery was shown on Gigaton, though. Question is: who hit PJ on the head with a hammer? FBI? the KKK? Maybe they were becoming too good for this planet? We'll never know, I fear.
