I excluded live takes of album tracks on purpose. That is a great version of Smile.
Here's a memory that's not really a ranking: I didn't join the 10C until 2002, but there was a rumor floating around that if you sent cash to the 10C they would send you singles from previous years. I addressed an envelope to Seattle and put in something like $30 and asked for all the old singles they had in stock. They ended up sending me the singles from '95 and then '98-'01. Not bad.
Yeah around the same time I would just email them periodically and ask what they had available and buy them.

I just talked about the ones I was missing around my rich friends and they inevitably got them for me on ebay.
1. Strangest Tribe 2. Love Reign O'er Me 3. Last Soldier 4. Let Me Sleep 5. Gone 6. Sonic Reducer 7. Santa Cruz 8. Someday At Christmas 9. Golden State 10. Drifting
Not including live tracks of studio albums, even if Smile, All Night, Alive and In The Moonlight are all fine versions.

I'm surprised that "Happy When I'm Crying" is being left off so many lists. To me that is one of the treasures of this whole group of songs, and one of the hidden gems of PJ's catalog.

What is strange to me is that reading about it, Strangest Tribe/Drifting seemed like such an easy single to make, and yet few singles after it have been made in a similar way., with a couple of guys throwing some simple songs together in the studio one day.

One of the worst holiday single tracks for my ears.
