In what may have been a lapse of judgment on their part, Pearl Jam Inc. has notified you that you have been selected to personally manage the oft-rumored seldom-experienced Pearl Jam Vault. This prestigious position has afforded you access to all the band's archives, soundboard-quality concert tapes, studio recordings, etc--the band and its people have finally decided that they want to begin loosing this material upon the world, and they want to do it right. They don't want to just take their entire concert history, press CD-R's of it on-demand, and cram them into those Kufala-style eco-sleeves. They want to prepare proper releases. They want to get photos from the shows and/or sessions (you have access to those too). They want liner notes from people who can write worth a damn. They want a formal numbered "series" that will be canonized, not just sold for a few months or years on their website and then taken out of print. Record company disputes will not be an issue--in fact, for whatever reason, Sony has decided to make funding this project its top priority for the year 2014. All you have to do is dig through the boxes and make declarations about what you are going to choose. Complete lack of interference from Tim Bierman, Cameron Crowe, and all band members has been promised, lest the label compensate you an extra $1k per incident for the inconvenience.

1. No Code/Yield re-releases. There would hopefully be a lot of b-sides and home demos for this period 2. Binaural/Riot Act re-releases, including a Brendan O'Brien remixed Binaural for shits and giggles, plus a 3rd disc collecting released and unreleased b-sides from this period (e.g. original LBC jam?) 3. Avocado re-released with a new mix and master, probably BOB again, including unreleased bonus tracks from Avocado/Backspacer 4. Pearl Jam History Live Bootleg series, with a release every 2 months rotating amongst '92, '93/'94, '95, '96, and '98...simple packaging/digital and low cost *edit from someone else* 5. PJ20 multi-format release

Official boots from the 96 tour would rank high on my list. Any and all tracks that we havent heard (of) which didn't make their respective records from No Code up to Backspacer. There's gotta be about 100 songs which fall into that bracket.

1. PJ20 a. Exclusive boxed set with book, full DVDs, full CDs, and one page ripped out of Ed's notebooks b. DVD Compliation c. Full CDs/Digital in a Spectrum-like box
2. 1996 Tour Bootlegs
3. Lost Dogs 2
4. McCready solo album - Mostly because he keeps talking about it, and it never comes out. I want to break the cycle of disappointment more than I want to hear the songs.
5. A Regular Schedule - At some point, it's not nearly as important WHICH shows come out as it is that SOME shows come out. It'd be nice if the band could be presented with some options every other month, vote, and one show would be mixed and released via Nugs.

There is a deep well of unreleased music that fans have been craving for years. How about shifting the focus of pearljam.com back to Pearl Jam's music instead of the ridiculous merchandise.
1. Start posting shows from the 1996 & 1998 tours.
2. Post unreleased tracks that would likely never see the light of day otherwise. Here's one: the rumored alternate version of Bushleaguer. The one where Ed sings.

Start releasing shows from the 1996 tour every month. After '96, do the same for '98. Lost Dogs 2 Re-release of No Code (include a live disc of all NC songs from the '96 tour) Re-release of Yield (include a live CD with Yield only songs from the Aussie tour + the NA tour) Re-release of Binaural (include full Tchad Blake mix, and another disc of the original track list)
