If I'm narrowing down to a song, it's Dissident. If I'm narrowing down to an album, it's Vs. Peak of his powers, huge ass range, great taste in how to get the point across. |

Always enjoy the bridge/outros to Severed Hand and Let it Ride. They aren't full throated classic Ed, they're a little reserved and controlled but are just what the song needs at that point. They aren't my favorite songs, but I always look forward to those parts once the song starts. |

minus some weird jazz influenced stuff at the end, that album still slays. Everything up trough and including the Rollins song is a perfect run. |
