Bayleaf is really good. Didn't it come out right around 9/11?

It came out on 9/11.

Great timing.

If only Jeff had an adequate singer to help him cultivate his generally good musical instincts.

Joseph Arthur fits the bill. That last RNDM album was the best thing any PJ member had done post Avocado.

I enjoy Tres Mts more and sad they didn’t have more output. I think that combo of Ament, McCready, Pinnick and Stuverud was excellent. The songs with McCready were particularly awesome.

I'm glad someone is showing love for Tone. Haven't listened to it in a long time, but I remember liking it as much as Bayleaf.

I haven't given it a spin in ages. But it's a really great first solo effort, I think. Maybe I'll revisit tonight.

I see that list and can only think, "Wow, they really don't enjoy working with Ed." They may appreciate everything Ed brings to the table but just don't enjoy the process of making records with him.

Heard Jeff's new song on the radio today. It was followed by Black Mountain's "Mother of the Sun" and it worked surprisingly well
