I've found an interview with Mike where he talks about VS. outtakes:
Quote:
So speaking of Pearl Jam, when’s the next anniversary reissue coming out?
Vs.? I wish I knew. [NOTE: PJ Central says they’re not sure yet, maybe fall, nothing definite yet.]
Were you please with how the Ten one came out?
I was very pleased. I think there were four varieties of it? I thought the biggest one was certainly the coolest. Jeff and Eddie, who are really very much our archivists, they still have so much stuff lying around. And Ed took a lot of his own time to be meticulous and go over his notebooks and pictures and memories and ideas, as did Jeff, and I think they spent a lot of love and time doing that, honestly. On Vs., we were just talking about it yesterday backstage — apparently there are some outtakes that were pretty cool. One called, I think, “Indian Beetles” or something like that. Just old tunes from around that time that never made it onto Vs., that Ed had listened to and thought maybe we could throw some lyrics on a few things, and add that to it.
So Indian beetles is an instrumental like CreadyStomp. But it was not released on the Vs reissue. I don't think Eddie ever recorded vocals for it. You can also see some Vs titles in this promo (around 6.17 mark): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yxHE1A_C9QQ
Ten outtakes: Just A Girl, Brother, Alone, Hold On, Breath, SOLAT, Goat, 2000 miles away, Acoustic #1, Untitled AKA the Wreck (instr.), Folk D (instr.), Instrumental #2 (instr.), Touch Me I’m Dick (cover), Ive got a Feeling (cover), Wishing Well (cover), Wash, Yellow Ledbetter, Dirty Frank, Footsteps, Chinese.
Vs outtakes: Hard To Imagine, Crazy Mary, Alone (re-recorded), Baba O'Riley (cover), Owner of the Lonely Heart (cover), Angel, I'Wont, CreadyStomp, Indian Beetles, Real Thing.
Vitalogy outtakes: Hard to Imagine (re-recorded), out of my mind (live recording).
For Vitalogy there is not much material left, this was also said in several interviews. Maybe a couple of instrumentals or jams.

1. Sunburn 2. Angel 3. Happy When I'm Crying 4. Ole 5. 10 Billion Years 6. Leatherman 7. Let It Ride 8. The Only Cloud in the Sky 9. Of The Earth 10. Last Soldier
The album Rearviewmirror feels a bit on the side of everything. I would like if they did another two disc 30-song Lost Dogs, and that they included I Got Shit, Breath and Man Of The Hour. I also think Long Road, Crazy Mary and Love Reign O'er Me would fit in as well. It will sort of cut down on songs we haven't heard from before, but that is on par with Lost Dogs 1. It should be all studio songs, but include some covers, like the first one did (Last Kiss). Hopefully there would be some songs we've never heard, but from what we've got now:
1. Last Soldier 2. Cold Confession 3. Let It Ride 4. Anything In Between 5. I Got Shit 6. Of The Earth 7. Untitled (the LO2L song in studio) 8. State Of Love And Trust 9. Angel 10. Falling Down 11. Sunburn 12. Happy When I'm Crying 13. Out Of My Mind 14. Fuckin Up 15. Rockin' In The Free World
Side 2: 16. Acoustic #1 17. Chinese 18. Brother (with lyrics) 19. Olé 20. Leatherman 21. Just A Girl 22. Breath 23. Sonic Reducer 24. Better Things 25. Love Reign O'er Me 26. Man Of The Hour 27. 10 Billion Years 28. Santa Cruz 29. Crazy Mary 30. Long Road
Would love to see 2x4 and Thunderclap made into complete songs with lyrics. But as pure instrumentals I didn't include them.
Just heard Turn The Corner, made me think of this post:

He won't release it. I check in with him about once a year.
Actually, I was gonna get involved with the Dave A collection until I found out that the dude had a ridiculous and really stupid plan on how to "leak" them out. He clearly doesn't trust anyone and wants to make the most of his investment. That's fine, but you can't go down that path without irritating and inconveniencing just about everybody. And I don't think anybody cares about a bunch of instrumental rough mixes that much.
