Ohh, this is really hard
Supersonic is the really easy choice. But after that I like pretty much the whole record without stark gradations beyond confidently saying Fixer and Force of Nature are my favorites.
Lets go with Just Breathe and The End, as I'm more likely to skip those if they come on than the others (though The End can hit hard in the right mood)

Things I will admit now about Backspacer:
I do actually enjoy Supersonic
I was annoyed when it came out there were songs I thought belonged more with Eddie solo than Pearl Jam proper (Tulumne *ahem* Just Breathe, The End). They get voted off the island with Johnny Guitar, which is Pearl Jam extremely awkwardly trying to do something different.

I’m not voting in this tourney at all but I’ll take a second to defend every rock song on Backspacer save Amongst the Waves. They’ve aged surprisingly well. The acoustic songs suck ass.

Supersonic, Just Breathe, and The End are eliminated - an ignoble state of affairs for Pearl Jam's biggest hit in twenty years and what felt like a very popular song at the time of Backspacer's release

Backspacer might have become the PJ album have the hardest time ranking. Other than my top two song I like almost all of them equally - a great run of solid songs, but few top shelf.
Given what's here, I'll go with Johnny Guitar, Unthought Known, and Speed of Sound - but again, this is a game of inches
