Pound for pound backspacer is a much better more cohesive album than lightning bolt.

Pendulum is terrible.

The fact that it has superficial hallmarks of Pearl Jam when they were a more creative band makes it worse, not better.

remember those teases before Lightning Bolt was released? everyone thought it was so "different" and cool sounding. what we got was everything but. and we had to listen to it open nearly every show during that tour.
