So, my phone recently updated, and half my streaming apps aren't working. I wonder if anyone has had this happen before.
I've got a Galaxy XCover Pro.
Netflix: Won't open. I get error code 502.-1006 Hulu: Will open, but when I try to play something, it won't work. I get error code P-DEV302 HBOMax: Just plays a black, silent screen.
Amazon Prime and Disney+ work fine. Everything works correctly on my PC and our Rokus. I've restarted the phone a few times and reinstalled Hulu/HBOMax. Netflix seems tied to the phone so I can't uninstall it.
Any thoughts? The only Google-able solutions I haven't tried is restarting my router and factory resetting my phone.

Have you tried freeing up storage? Android phones have issues with proper RAM and storage management. Low internal storage can play a vital role in disabling your ability to download or update new apps.
