The gestures feature has made the transition from iOS pretty easy. Also, dark mode is pretty tight.

Tip: pressing and holding an app icon for a second brings up options for that app. Some apps can become widgets.

I've been researching "launchers" and I have a question.

If you add a launcher like Nova, can you delete it later and go back to the Pixel launcher that came with the device?

Yep. You can switch between the 2 as well.
