As I sit here on this 50th anniversary of the lunar landing pondering the sheer improbability of navigation and communication hundreds of thousands of miles outside Earth’s orbit, my thoughts have suddenly focused on something much more immediate: my new robotic vacuum has become stuck and I am unable to assist it. Sometimes you can be so close, yet so far.

A separate lime resupply mission takes me from work to the general vicinity of my domicile and the scene of the robotic vacuum incident. Glancing at my fuel supply, I calculate that I have enough reserves to detour and rescue the rover.

Roomba is finished and it’s fantastic apparently. And it’s gonna be dropped outta the blue seemingly. Don’t know when though. Swiffer is the comparison

The cliff sensors are dirty or Roomba is stuck hanging over a cliff or on a dark surface.

The bumper is compressed or the bumper sensor is dirty.
