4-6 weeks... though it isn't a requirement to disclose this information in a job interview.

So maybe don't mention it? I know it's illegal for them to not hire her because of it, but how could you really prove that was happening?

However, it also doesn't feel right to start a new job with a lie.

We're thinking she should wait to disclose pregnancy info after they offer her the position, which would make it more difficult to rescind the offer without making it seem obvious why
