The board's server will undergo upgrade maintenance tonight, Nov 5, 2014, beginning approximately around 10 PM ET. Prepare for some possible down time during this process.

Bammer, you should really look into Playstation Vue for a streaming option. Has all the sports channels you need (other than MLB Network) and several regional sports networks.
golf channel?
yeah, golf channel is in their 2nd tier package
bammer, look into PS Vue or Sling. you can get a good amount of sports channels for $40-45/month, and just buy a cheap Roku for each tv

if you go this route, do the math if you can get a real number from Comcast. typically, if you ditch their bundle and have internet-only, they'll jack the price of internet. add that with your Vue/Sling, plus cable rental box, and see if you come out on top. you're typically still saving a good amount of money.

Thank you for all the tips.
One more angle on this: Is there any kind of product that would let me plug an audio/video out device into the main TV, and it wirelessly transmits the signal to another device plugged in to the audio/video in on the patio TV?
Bammer, does Comcast offer a wireless cable box? I know the satellite services do. You could move the one from the second TV pretty easily if you needed to.

Depending on the channel, you could "cast" from a streaming app on your phone to the TV. I am not sure many TVs have "outs" that would support this. A sling box might also work.

The caveat being that you have to watch the same channel on both tvs at the same time. I don't know if you have to have both tvs powered on at the same time, though.
