It's a good way to make sure they never come back, for sure.

How true is this? Because I hate that feeling of "everyone will know I'm going to the bathroom". Like, I'll walk past the bathroom if there's someone in the hallway at work because I don't want anyone knowing. And I'll wait until the bathroom is empty before leaving a stall, and it's always a stall because I don't want anyone talking to me. Though to be fair talking to someone while they're at the urinal should be a fireable offense.

I'm climbing past my inherent dislike to assume my dad never made it right and asking for a suggestion: If I were to go to a restaurant for fried okra, since I don't trust myself to make it, where should I go?

OK, how about a chain restaurant that might be up here in Portland? Come to think of it there's enough hipster shit in Portland that there's probably a food cart or something that has it.

https://www.yelp.com/search?find_desc=fried+okra&find_loc=Portland%2C+OR

Going to try some of those places out.

I think I have seasonal affective disorder. I try to take care of myself in the winter but it takes a toll on me nonetheless. I just can't think straight right now. I crave nicotine, booze and weed, but that's just cuz I feel so damn shitty.

But you snowboard and play hockey? I assumed you were generally a fan of winter and enjoyed all that it brings.

that's the crazy part. I do love the winter. I just got in from a 3 hour walk with my buddy. It's minus 20 outside. I embrace winter and take care of myself but the lack of sunlight seems to fuck with me even though I do all that. It's frustrating. I know I was in a bad place mentally last feb-march and it's been the same again this year. I don't think it's a coincidence. I think it's been happening my whole life.

2 weeks on lexapro.

Side effects stopped after week 1.

I drank a lot on it. Didn’t seem to effect anything. I told my Dr. that and she said alcohol shouldn’t effect it and she wouldn’t put me in that position. Lol.

Week 2:

I was in great spirits from alarm to bedtime. And I’ve got a lot on my plate right now. You know, grown ups.

Day 14: Couldn’t get a hard on watching redhead porn on red tube.

Day 14 was my last dose.

I noticed a lot more people suffering from Seasonal depression this year. Get me some sun so I can complain about the heat.
