hey now, just bc trag is gone doesn't mean someone needs to take the trag reins

I mean Mediterranean food and naps are both pretty fucking great, though.

i never had Mediterranean food until about the age of 26-27. there weren't any restaurants i knew about around my hometown (plus the fact that we never went to restaurants), and by the time they were available in my 20s once i moved, i just didn't go out of my way to check them out. i grew up surrounded by creole, cajun, mexican, soul, and french foods. i guess those spices just shaped my tastebuds into the regionally prejudiced jerks they are today.

What are you talking about when you say "Mediterranean food", though? Because we may not be talking about the same thing. Yesterday I discovered that blanket term covers a bunch of different cuisines

I think the key point that we need to understand here is what you're talking about when you say Mediteranean food.

And Greek and Spanish and Portuguese and some French. I think most people like at least one of those cuisines.

There are plenty of things that are far more overrated. But, yeah, gnocchi is worthy of being in the conversation. But, gnudi on the other hand...
