It was actually sixteen floors since Argentina is one of those countries that counts the first one as "ground floor"

It was hard but I did it... I am very strong and powerful

My girlfriend was also there

Man, that's a haul! You should have live streamed it

I don't think Jorge climbing 15 flights warranted such an exclamation here.

Just finished cleaning out the garage. Mrs Wease has a ton of stuff to sell in the yard sale next year. Her plan: buy a bunch of totes, put yard sale shit in said totes, put totes in attic space. So when she decided at noon today that this was the day to work on the garage, I asked her if she had the totes. She did not, of course so we basically just moved everything out of the garage, swept, then put everything back in the garage. I did take three righteous loads off to the dump, but still...!

Also.... Before we left I had been speaking with my four year old daughter about the trip and mentioned that the ski field we were going to was Whakapapa (fuck-a-papa). She stared at me wide eyes and said 'Daddy - did you just say the f word?' I was shocked that she even knew about that word - especially since she obviously knows what the f word is

first time snowboarding sucks

way to ruin their first experience with snow, a**hole

and you better wash that mouth out with soap while you're at it

The girls did surprisingly well for their first time. Did mean that I got minimal time on my board, but playing the long game here

First day of using up leave with no real plans.
Got up at 5am did a 40 minute workout, got my daughters breakfasts ready, went out got coffee for me and my wife, mucked around for a bit, did another 30 minute workout, played some VR (Half-life), went for a 10km run, shower, went got a haircut, hot stone massage - now chilling on the couch watching The Gentlemen.
I could get used to this

Just think, when you move out you get to haul it back down!

Two apartments ago, I had a hell of a time getting my couch up to my third floor apartment. It just made it. Five years later, it was impossible to get it back down. We got it to the second floor, but no further, so we brought it back up and left it there

The key to multi-story apartment building living is inflatable furniture

My in-laws has the weirdest thing happen where they had gotten a couch into their attic, but then when it was time to move, they couldn’t get it out. They had the movers try and everything. It was as if the doorway had shrunk.
