People who say they can nap for 10-15 minutes and feel totally refreshed. Honestly on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon I can nap for a couple hours easy.
Having to get up at 6am during the work week & not getting used to it even after having done it for years might have something to do with that last sentence.

It has been scientifically proven that you will feel more refreshed if you just power nap. If you let yourself get into REM sleep during a nap, you feel crappy when you wake up. You might as well stay down for a full 8 hours.

Yeah, except that you go in and of REM every 1.5 hours. So my logic is that you need to wake up at the end of the cycle. If I ever nap, which I usually don't, I set the alarm for 1.5. It seems to work pretty well.

if I do that I wake up feeling like shit. Half hour naps are my max.
