Intended to buy 4 windows and a slider for my now year round porch today. Did. Also bought new siding, soffit, and fascia. Bringing the outside of my house into the 21st century!

Water main in the basement started leaking yesterday. Replaced the brass nipple and it's holding...for now. 70 year old galvanized running from the street to my basement needs to be replaced. Can't do it now because of frost. This fucker has to hold until shit thaws. There goes the bonus and tax return. :/

put a plastic kiddie pool underneath it, then buy a submersible pool cover pump and drop it in there and run some plastic tubing to your washing machine drain, and that way if it springs a big leak you can pump it out
