Dairy? I’ve never heard of any correlation between dairy and acne.

Moisturize after washing with a non-abrasive face wash. Like, religiously. Cuz once you wash your face, you strip the oils, then your face dries up, clogs the pores, and the cycle starts all over again. Exfoliate once a week.

This has actually made a difference for me. I am nearly vegan now. I notive a difference when I relapse and go hard on dairy, especially when combined with lots of added sugar

Very good advice and things I have done for years. Sometimes, you know, it just happens

Yeah definitely. I'm sure it depends on the individual's body chemistry and how they process certain foods, but both my wife and I see pretty drastic results when we regularly consume dairy, and when we don't. We even buy dairy from sources that have cows that are probably living better than we are, and we still see a correlation. And then when you consider milk, cheese, butter, cream, etc from cows that are pumped full of hormones, those hormones and steroids can interact directly with your own hormones and can possibly produce crazy results ... acne being one

i know this sounds like Martha Stewart, but do you wash your sheets and pillowcases regularly? oil buildup can cause a lot of problems on cotton. and if you're like me and use hair product, that's a whole other buildup on your pillowcase, which your face lays on all night
