I won a $50 Crate & Barrel gift certificate at work. I spent another $50 and bought this thing.

No more drinking burned coffee. Easy cleanup. Carafe keeps the coffee warm for a couple of days and it doesn't turn bitter.

The coffee just tastes better out of it than my old Mr. Coffee.

A. F*ck the environment, we're talking about coffee!
B. No paper filters. So, yes?

It looks better IRL than the pictures. The plastics are nice and easy to clean.

The metal filter and carafe are also easy to clean. The metal filter we have at work sucks to clean.

Also, I posted the wrong pic, I bought the 12-cup version.

I backed a collapsing keychain straw on kickstarter. Plastic straws are horrible for the environment.

I bought this bike for a song a few weeks ago while on a trip and I've been making a hobby out of stripping all of the components from it over the last few days. I'm going to make it street safe and use it for my commuter bike.

99 Cents Only Store purchase.

I like it because it doesn't really use a clamping mechanism or a heavy ass magnet that have to put under your case.

Your phone sits on the bottom pegs, then the weight of your cell swings the top arms to secure the top portion.

It's surprisingly effective.

Airpods. I wouldn't have paid full price for them, but for about $18 with a gift card they've been a game changer. Use them all day at work, keep them in my pocket at home so I can pop one in my ear when I'm doing dishes or folding laundry.

Our new HVAC system. Expensive as hell, but nice to have A/C on these hot and humid days.

And I don't know if I'll love it yet but the wife browbeat me into trying a Stitch Fix box. Arrives tomorrow.

Over the weekend, the father in law bought us a new Maytag Centennial dryer and installed it. Such a good man. Very grateful, happy with this purchase.

I have a nespresso machine as well. Sipping one right now. Sucks when you run out of pods though! Im about nearing the end of mine. Also, i feel terrible because they are awful for the environment. Thought, I hear you can ship the used pods back to them and they will recycle? I should start doing that.

How effective is their recycling method though?
