lol...i tend to be able to do about 20 or 21 before feeling much, then by 24-25 i know i need a second...then i do the next 5 with the last 2 being a bit of a struggle...if i go to 35 or 40 i pause a second or two around 30 or 35 respectively

doubtfully as i hate lifting...tbh i'm mostly skin and bones, with a little bit of muscle...i think like 80% of my body fat resides in my belly as i haven't been able to take as much off it as i'd like
