No matter how many times ive been in the gym, my shoulders have always been my weakest aspect. I know puhsups are more than that, but my shoulders have always held me back.

Between the ages of 18 and....32 or so....my program was "Push, Pull, legs". About 3-4 days a week at the gym.

Push muscles major to minor, next day was pull muscles major to minor, leg day.

Now? I just do yoga and hike.

It's rare for me to be able to get up to 30, even fully rested. Today I did 25-20-20 as part of a shoulder thing, that was enough
