Did you try the push-up thing? I’d imagine doing that every other day than 100 each day would be more effective for gains since it’s greater stress at once (though just 10 push-ups more) and then proper recovery time for your muscles to repair and grow.

Nah - my day got away from me yesterday, so apart from my 100 press ups - didn't really do much else

40-40-20 today.

I was able to do 100 each day of my vacation but I didn't record how the sets broke down each day. I know the first two days I did 25 x 4. After that, only 3 sets each day. One day I did a set of 60 (highest yet).

So my consecutive total since starting this challenge is 7300.

Also managed to walk no less than 9 miles each day of the trip until yesterday, which was a travel day. Spent 9 hours on a plane.

November 2016: I was diagnosed prediabetic and weighed 260 lbs


May 2018: weighed in at 218 today and all I did was cut out sugar and greatly reduced carbohydrates. I really haven’t changed my activity level either, but I’m pretty happy to only be 6lbs heavier than my lowest weight of my adult life.
