"this comma is optional, I think?" Though, the 't' is 'this' should be capitalized.

Lately, I've been going to the movies. I know people use commas when ending and starting sentences with words like now, lately, and other these kind of words. What kind of words are these anyway? This shit is nuts.

The punctuation is the least of your worries. Even with a comma between cake and now, the sentence is off because you can't ate cake now.

I think a comma should come before your signature in the thread titles, and Dev should not be capitalized, and also Dev should not be in the thread title.
