I have good posture while standing or walking (I think), but like others I often find myself in weird slouchy contortions while sitting. It's very unattractive.

I think perhaps it's because us skinny guys are so bony. Like, I'm always thinking "Gosh what an uncomfortable chair." Meanwhile this scion of good posture that I know is really into sitting on her "sit bones," which I think means the fat beneath her thighs and butt. But I don't have any fat there, so the tops of my femurs, where they meet the ball and socket joint of my hips, just seems to protrude into hard sitting surfaces all the time. So then I slouch or cross my legs or whatever.

I don't know why it happens, but the fact that I'm shrt just makes me look even shorter while slouching. I try to remember to sit up straight so I can look tall.

How tall are you? I didn't think you were short in any pics I've seen.

We were given a Teeter Hang Ups thing. I wasn't sure I would like it, but it's great.

Yes. I'm at a desk all day, and my posture is awful because of it. I usually feel great after using it.

what does it help? never used one or know much about them, other than locking your little brother to it and leaving him there
